Grab a friend and let’s get together for fitness! Fitness Is a Lifestyle bootcamp is an outdoor exercise class that incorporates core, cardio, and resistance training to tone, tighten, lose weight, and get in better overall shape! LADIES ONLY!
Our progressive, circuit-style routine utilizes bands, mats, medicine balls, dumbbells, and body resistance to get total body tone, while keeping your heart rate up for fat loss. This is intermixed with various cardiovascular exercises around the park for a heart-pumping, fat-blasting workout!
All skill levels welcome! And best of all, I provide all the equipment!
